Many of the decisions and laws affecting the internet are not made in New Zealand. Everything from the standards we follow to trade agreements like the TPP have the majority of their most onerous terms decided outside of New Zealand. How and when should we engage with these discussions before they reach our shores? Session should feature some scene setting followed by an open discussion.
